Options include the Great Room Suite, North Suite and Reception Room which can be added on to either suite.

Clise Mansion offers many possibilities for both large and small corporate meeting space.
The Great Room and Billiard Room have recently added natural spectrum, variable level, compact florescent lighting with direct or indirect lighting options and the hardwood floors throughout the Great Room Suite and Reception Room have recently been refinished.

For banquets, up to 250 people can be seated throughout the interior spaces or 500 reception style.  From April-October the mansion & grounds together can accommodate up to 800 guests.  The spacious backyard, complete with perennial beds, flowering trellises & inlaid brick courtyard is included with your rental and is perfect for team building events, summer barbeques, picnics and a multitude of social events.

There is a $1 per car parking fee in Marymoor Park.  Parking can be reserved for your convenience.
