We at Premier Properties, Historic Property Management, would like to introduce you to the two facilities we currently manage. The Robinswood House and the Clise Mansion are both ideally situated in parks and offer tranquil settings with a peaceful atmosphere. Our guests frequently comment on the beautiful landscape, and the warmth of the historic properties.
The plentiful, easy parking is always appreciated.

 

We are a small family owned enterprise and have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years. Experienced in all types of celebrations, it is our goal to help a grieving family commemorate their loved one without added tension - but with a positive experience that will match loving memories. We have clearly laid out special options and packages to choose from.

  • Above pricing is for the entire facility at Robinswood House & the Great Room Suite at Clise Mansion, including patios & grounds.
  • Please contact us for weekday rates (For Robinswood House & Clise Mansion).  Both half day and entire day rentals are available.
  • The Reception Room may be added at Clise Mansion for an additional $100
  • If the entire day is available we are happy to slide the hours to meet your needs.

 

Reception options:

  • Choose from one of our packages  (see pricing below)
  • Use one of our eight select caterers
  • Self-Cater  ($150 charge – please contact us for details)
  • Any alcohol must be ordered & served by Premier Properties (bar guide available)

 

Set up options: 

  • Caterer (contact them to include with catering costs)
  • Client can take care of set up themselves if desired.
  • Premier Properties  (contact us for quote)

 

A security deposit of $300 is in addition to the facility fee & will be refunded within 30 days after your rental.

Porcelain or glass coffee cups & glass plates with silverware is provided for groups up to 50 people.  Disposable cups, plates, and silverware are provided for groups over 50 people. 10% sales tax and 18% gratuity not included in package pricing.
