We contract with many caterers from around our area to bring you an 
assortment of offerings that are sure to be of the highest and freshest quality.
 
-Some selections may be prepared ½ meat and ½ vegetarian

-All prices are based on a minimum order of 15 servings

 1. Build Your Own Sandwich Bar  
The name says it all with this offering!  
Premium sliced meats and cheeses overload one tray while another
is mounding with our freshest condiments such as: tomatoes, onions, lettuce, and more!  
This offering allows guests to take the days freshest breads and construct their own masterpiece.
Round out your lunch experience by selecting 
two of the following salads: classic potato salad, creamy
pasta salad, corn salad (vegan), Greek salad or a tossed green salad.  
A bowl of small candies and mints are along side to help digest this feast!

2. Gourmet Box Lunch Meals 
Far and above your ordinary box lunch menu this offering is so large and diverse it had to have its’ own page. 
All box lunches come complete with a sandwich, salad, or entrée;
petit chocolate cake, napkin, mint and utensils along with assorted cold beverages.

3. Salad Sampler
A light spread that is sure to satiate even the heartiest of appetites.
A selection of your choice of three salads served with Le Panier baguettes
with butter and fresh baked cookies to finish it off.

Choose one of the following salads:
 
Pesto Pasta Salad: Penne pasta with basil pesto, oven dried tomatoes,
toasted pine nuts and your choice of chicken or prawns
 
Spinach Salad: Fresh baby spinach topped with blue cheese, cherry tomatoes,

and our smoky bacon balsamic vinaigrette
 
Gourmondo Cobb Salad: Bacon, chicken, blue cheese, grape tomato,

Soba Noodle Salad: Shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, carrots, red onion, your choice
of chicken or prawns in a soy-ginger dressing

These shredded chicken, beef, or cheese enchiladas served with Mexican rice, black or refried beans,
a fresh seasonal fruit salad, and a tray of cookies may be just what you’re looking for

5. Lasagna  
When seeking something that can really stick to ones bones our lasagna comes 
to mind.  Available in either meat or vegetable this hearty Italian 
offering comes with a traditional Caesar salad, 
fresh baked herbed Focaccia wedges, 
and a tray of assorted fine desserts.

6. Baked Potato Bar
In the era of low carb dieting we decided to throw caution to the wind with this menu offering. 
Baked potatoes is served with a plethora of toppings to choose from including:
homemade chili, shredded cheese, chopped green onions, chopped broccoli, 
shredded spicy chicken, bacon, sour cream and butter.  
Along side are a fresh garden salad w/ ranch and Italian dressings 
and a tray of assorted desserts.

7. Soup and Salad  
Our healthy choice of soups and salads is often the perfect choice for many of our 
groups looking for something fresh, light, and economical.  Entrees are accompanied
 with rolls and crackers as well as homemade cookies for dessert.

 

For soup you may choose one from: New England clam chowder, 
chicken noodle, minestrone, cheddar vegetable, or chicken w/ wild rice.

 

For salad we offer either our house Caesar or fresh baby greens 
with a garden vinaigrette. Mints and candies

8. Sandwich Smorgasbord 
The definition of quick and easy! These ready made sandwiches and salads
are ideal for our guests who are having a hard time fitting lunch into their agenda.
All sandwiches are served on La Panier fresh baked baguettes.
Lunch comes complete with assorted sandwiches, choice of salad,
and finished with mints and candies.

9. New York Style Pizza with Salad  
Thin crust and ample toppings combine on these wheels recreating a truly nostalgic 
New York minute for our guests.  We have paired our options with your choice 
of either Caesar or green salad and a bowl of mints and candies to 
help cleanse the palate
 
Margarita: Creamy whole milk mozzarella, homemade red 
sauce, fresh basil, Roma tomatoes, and parmesan cheese.
 

Tony’s Combo: Pepperoni, sweet Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, 
green olives, black olives, green peppers, red onions, and mushrooms.
 

Meat Feast: Italian wine salami, sweet Italian sausage, 
Canadian bacon, homemade sliced meatballs, and pepperoni
 

Hawaiian: a perfect combination of smoked Canadian bacon 
and chunks of juice pineapple smothered with creamy mozzarella

When hoping for something a little more exotic this offering is a certain crowd pleaser.  
All items are slow roasted in the traditional clay pot technique and brought to us 
from the award wining Bombay Grill.
